The LIZmer allocated loan is a contract, concluded between a Lender (Capitole Finance-Tofinso via its LIZmer trademark) and a Borrower (the Customer), for a loan of a sum of money allocated to the purchase of a boat described in the sales contract (or order form).

We finance all types of pleasure boats (motor boats, sailing boats, monohull vessels, catamarans, trimarans, yachts, etc.) under a French flag. They may be new or second-hand and must be less than 24 metres.

The special features of the LIZmer allocated loan

The LIZmer allocated loan is intended for individuals who are French nationals and residents of mainland France.

The minimum term for a LIZmer allocated loan contract is 36 months.

LIZmer allocated loan for second-hand boats

Not all second-hand boats are eligible for financing by an allocated loan. Indeed, at the end of the loan, the boat must not be more than 15 years old (age of the boat + financing term).

In certain conditions, an expert appraisal of the second-hand boat may be requested.

For the financing of a second-hand boat, we also request a current copy of the boat’s registration and certificate of non-pledge.
